Incredible!

An amazing source that will provide you with a strategy for recruiting! For my part, this helped me come up with a strategy for identifying possible leaders in our industry. I understand how crucial it is to establish expectations and set standards so that we won't accept mediocre work.

I am loving it!!

I am loving this book specially The "Talent Sourcing" chapter turned me from resume robot to talent sleuth. Online communities became my hunting grounds, LinkedIn my magnifying glass. From Desperate to Dealmaker!!!

Great!

Love love this book! Before I don't have any strategies when recruiting people and I find it very hard but what I learned from this book is that it is important to build a routine and strategize whenever you are planning to hire someone. If I will rate this it's a 10/10 for me.
