Publisher's summary
We all strive for a life of purpose and fulfillment, yet few achieve it. Why? Because it’s hard.
Relationships, careers, and physical fitness—they all take effort. Despite our best intentions, it’s easy to lose focus. In today’s digital culture, we’re inundated with quick fixes and false promises: Take this pill and lose 15 pounds; buy this app and be more productive. The truth is, you can’t buy a life of purpose, and fulfillment was never just a shortcut away.
Life is a continuous journey built on making progress and pursuing potential. The Everyday Warrior is your guide to approaching life with a healthy mindset, acting with intention, and focusing on your physical, mental, and spiritual growth—because lasting success requires the pursuit of balance. You’ll draw on the wisdom of other everyday warriors to overcome challenges, be resilient, and build positive habits that’ll change your life.
As an everyday warrior, you’ll learn to transform setbacks into valuable lessons, turn small victories into remarkable achievements, and embrace the freedom of knowing that success isn’t the destination—it’s simply part of the journey.
Not only does The Everyday Warrior give you the tools to change your life, but it also allows you to honor America’s heroes by making a lasting difference in the lives of those they loved most—today and forever.

A MUST READ/LISTEN!!!!
Every book has it's niche. Be a better leader, be a better you, be a healthier you, and the list goes on. This book encompasses all of those within it's pages. The "golden nuggets" you pull are plentiful and well worth the time investment of spending a few hours reading and/or listening. I first read the book prior to Mike Sarraille giving a keynote speech with my company. Once it was released on Audible I then listened to it and brought just as much value the second time through. Mike now holds 2 of the 12 books on our leadership team's required reading for 2023. Thanks Mike, George, Brian and Jason for collaborating and writing this book.
