Having just listed our first AIRBNB vacation rental, this book was incredibly helpful! Not only did it give us ideas and information about things we'd never even considered, it was greatly encouraging and reassuring when we realized we'd done many things exactly as the book to be best practices! Disappointed
This book didn’t offer anything new from the blogs and podcasts I’ve reviewed when considering becoming an AirBNB host. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’ve already done some research. If this is the first thing you’re listening to, don’t take it as the be-all-end-all. There were several passages that were less than useful like: purchase floral comforters to appeal to renters and consider putting in a pool (really!?!?). Otherwise my biggest gripe was the narration which sounded like a robot and one long run on sentence.
