Great Book with tons of info

While there are tons of books on how to set up your short term rental… This one is the most modern, updated, information packed book I’ve read. Lots of tips and tricks for those getting into the short term rental market. Definitely glad I read this one, and will be going back to it for reminders later in my STR journey

Very eye opening!

Covers all of the aspects of the business for a beginner. Conveys that there is much to consider and how to get started. I found it to be very informative yet still have questions that will have to be answered somehow. The business is more work than it seems.

A really nice book explaining pros a cons of most situations that can appear when opening a new business, especially focused on Airbnb. A book to keep in your library and read again. Contains, contemplate and teach so many things.
