So much useful content!
I got started with short term rentals 3 months ago and have 2. I researched how to operate it, listened to podcasts and asked other STR owners in my area but there were so many things covered in this book that I didn't consider!
All the tools, tips and tricks are invaluable. I have already ordered a hardcopy so I can mark it up and implement everything. Definitely recommend for anyone getting started in STRs.

Easy listen, great for beginners interested in STRs!
Listened to the book in one day. Learned new things, reminded of important concepts to be successful in managing a STR. Grateful to have learned about the book. I almost sold my cabin due to the hot market, but a few tweaks may be a game and life changer!

Good Overview / Inspiring
Great overview in STR and some special insights here and there.
There were a handful of times the author would mention a handful of "options" or softwares, etc. But everytime I was hoping to hear which one they suggest and why, there was nothing.
Maybe opportunities for a revised version.... would have added lots of value to me.
