Excellent standalone sci-fi book
I was looking for a time travel tale that was not the first in a series or, worse yet, the first book of three trilogies. This was great! So creative and well-written. The story kept moving with characters one cares about. The ending — wow! Thanks to Dale C. George for The Device. Hunter Elliott did a great job with narration.

Something different.
While time travel is not knew, the story was a knew take on it. Keep in mind there is a lot of back and fourth on different years, but pay attention and it will not confuse you.

Great Book
Too bad it’s his only book on Audible.
Most of the details I didn’t understand but the premise and plot was superbly crafted.
Listen to it while in the throes of Covid, a moderately mild case, it kept my mind off all the discomfort and I thoroughly enjoyed the time.
I hope he’s working on his next project.
It sure would make a great movie.
Listen to it, you won’t regret it.

Excellent book that includes history and time travel
A great read for sure, but I loved it even more on Audible. Mr. Elliott’s performance brought the characters to life! The Device was written with an incredible amount of research and study of physics and history. Kudos to you Dale! I look forward to your next book!

Clever Story
Enjoyed the ride and characters. The time travel part was different from many other stories. Liked the weave of different eras. The end was weak compared to 99% of the rest.
