Implies too much work
The great thing about keto is you don't need to follow a specific diet or buy things to be successful. This book says you should buy a food processor and 20 other kitchen implements and provides bloated shipping lists. The implied cost and work alone would turn off people. You do not need to make a leg of lamb on day 1!

Should not be an audiobook.
This was a waste of credit. Information was easily accessible with a Google search. Because it took me more than 30 days to complete, I was left feeling like I wasted $15. Disappointed 🙁
