Absolutely perfect

Danielle Garrett's books are mostly on Kindle Unlimited but, in case the worst happens and they're no longer available in that format, I have bought each and every book, both e-books and audiobooks. Danielle Garrett and actress/narrator Amanda Ronconi are a partnership made in heaven. Amanda will always be my favorite narrator, she is incredibly talented and brings everything she narrates to life. These books are wonderfully done and are the type of books that should be revisited on a regular basis. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Hours and hours of enjoyment are guaranteed!

Love this series

I have enjoyed this series from book one to 6 so far. I liked the development of the characters, and how new characters are introduced throughout the series. I also enjoyed the fact that the stories were exciting without foul language and graphic sex. I’m looking forward to listening to the rest of the series.

Fun series

I enjoy following the characters through their various adventures. The narrator does a great job with reading it.

The series gets better

I this round of books the series gets better. The author still keeps the series generally light for a murder mystery line but Holly seems to actually be growing as a person and making adult decisions. Still a light enough (and entertaining) read to do my daily work from home routine which I greatly appreciate.

Lighthearted cozy magical mysteries

I liked the varied plots, characters, abilities, and the world building was good enough that the stories didn’t seem formulaic. I liked that the books so far could be G rated. You can have a lot of fun without needing a confessional.

I loved the books. Each story you get to know Holly more and more. I was hooked and even listened to the books while at work and driving home. Holly is a cool heroine and you see her grow as a person throughout the series. I can’t wait to continue the series. Definitely recommend!

Never a Disappointment

I like these books. They balance magic, humour, and darkness, so that no one element takes over too much. They’re a good comfort read. The next three books in the series are on my Wishlist!
