Just the right mix
I have enjoyed this series since first reading/listening to The Accidental Alchemist. It has just the right blend of mystery, YA and Adult, real-world and alchemy. Gigi Pandian provides the perfect blend of humor, romance, and family that makes the story real. The story is well written, and while it is set up in such a way that you do not have to read all the books in order-- it does add to the impact of events.

Still Enjoyed It
This Audible title was good but it lost some of its allure when I was less than one-third through and figured out who the killer was. Although that was a little disappointing, it did not dampen my desire for more in this series.

Love every story!
I’ve loved The Accidental Alchemist books since I read the very first one! I’ve anxiously read each book, waiting with anticipation for this last book to be released! After the ending I just “read” (audiobook) I will really be waiting for the next story to be written!! Superbly done. The narrator is top notch and I love her voice! I am a forever fan of Gigi Pandian!!

Still fun. Live the narrator. Same story
The story is not very complex it doesn’t really change from book to book but I always love the warm feel in the friendships that are always developed in these books.

Wonderful
I still can’t get enough of Zoe and Dorian and there Merry band of misfits. All together watching each others backs. Closer than some families. Wait till Max finds out the “state” of Dorian’s shyness lol.

Great characters
I enjoy this book and the series because the characters not only stop to think about the mystery going on. They also take the time to enjoy peace and tranquility. I truly enjoy Dorian the gargoyle with all his thoughts of food and mystery.

Enjoyable, as always!
I check often to see if the next book is released. I was thrilled to see this one was ready as a pre-order. I’m sad that I completed it already. I wish Gigi Pandian could write one a month. I love the the characters so much. The narration is exceptional as well. I’m already aching for the next one to be released.
