Great bridge to or from Agatha Christie

If you’ve read any Agatha Christie for school, this is a wonderful title that leads YA readers into a modern version of the classic mystery tales. This was a thoroughly enjoyable read, and the resources in the back which refer readers to help regarding common, difficult situations for many teens, is an added bonus. Well done!

great modern-day detective story!

As a huge fan of Agatha Christie, I thoroughly enjoyed this novel. It had all the twist and turns of a classic mystery/ Who did it novel. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys mysteries.

Great presentation and story! I was prepared to get some corniness with a high school story but was happily surprised. I want to read the next one!

Really great book!

I'll read or listen to any age group if I think the book is interesting, but when I purchased this book I didn't realize that it was a young adult book, I actually like Sophie Amoss as a narrator. However, this book is really, really good! It was a great mystery, and showed the way high school really is divided, and how domestic abuse is "real". I truly enjoyed it and if there is a sequel I will definitely purchase it.

The best YA suspense

So well narrated and impeccably written, this book wraps itself around one until one is immersed in Castle Heights, its characters, the high school cliques and dramas and the unstoppable pair, Anna and Iris. Could not put this down!

Thrilling!! Fun!! Edge of your seat

Not only did the narrators nail their characters, this story/plot was spot on for plot twists! As soon as you would be convinced, here came another crazy twist! I loved all the excitement and the detailed scenes were short and bittersweet. I tend to like to skip through certain pages but this book I didn’t even want to skip a word. Definitely a really good read for our cranes and he loves. And of course, there’s always going to be a love story gone bad.
