Trigger warning-rape
I enjoyed this book, but I can’t believe I didn’t read in anyone’s reviews a warning about a rape scene. It’s handled quite well in the book, but I am putting this out there for anyone who needs to know that going in! I can’t imagine some of my friends listening to this and finding themselves going through those emotions again.

Great story well written and portrayed.
I’m looking forward to more from this author. I really felt sorry for Roberta and her lack of parental protection from her mother as well as from her sister. The people in that small town were so narrow minded and judgmental. It was great to see how she handled it all.
