This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Unexpected but well worth the listen.
I have been a Dorothy Koomson fan for many many years. She never disappoints, her characters are always nuanced and human and they always feel so real. This book was just as good as all her previous books. I love that I am always taken on a journey and can never guess how the story is going to end, that's always the mark of a great story to me. 10 out 10 would definitely recommend.
