I'm impressed with this author. I've thoroughly enjoyed this steroid this far. The narration is good, almost but not quite great. A few idiosyncrasies tried to pull me out of the story however they were few and the writing managed to pull me back in.
A bookworm since a child. Love audible books.
About 6/10. This series is different than most of the books that I have read.
Vampires fighting Metahumans.
There is more emotional content added when it is read, but I would purchase the Kindle version first before purchasing the audible version. It is sometimes cheaper doing that and Whispersync adds to the enjoyment of the book.
No, but it was a fun diversion when I was commuting, ect. This series is unsual and interesting, but it is more geared to older teenagers and adults due to the battles among the characters. Also, the "B' word is used occasionally.
Readers needs to read book 1 and 2 before reading this book. The books are interconnected and it would be difficult for a reader just jumping into book 3 to understand where the character is coming from and the plot of the story. I think the characters start to be better developed in book 3 than in 1 and 2. This book series is unusual enough be keep one's attention and interest.
I love this new series! And OMG what a twist! Was not expecting that at all. Can't down load the next book fast enough.
