Great Rebirth!
Would you consider the audio edition of Cinder to be better than the print version?
Not sure I've not read the book, however listening the audio version will set me up to love the print copy even more.
What other book might you compare Cinder to and why?
To many to list outside of alll the other cinderella story's out there, this book would be great for all Cinderella lovers and it brings the syfi side to this classic book with out distroying the original concept. Syfi being added to classic books can easily fail big, but this book makes a new door for those who wouldn't have read Cinderella. I hope the next book for cinder will live up to how great this one is!
What does Rebecca Soler bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Deapth to each caricature in this book and a familiarity to who each one of them are, I love they way she plays out the doctors voice it gives him age and wisdom in a way that you wonder what else he has up his sleeve.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Did not expect the connection showed between cinder and her dying sister this had to be written from a personal experience, it was very real.
Any additional comments?
I think that this book could be a great syfi/romance movie with out hurting it, but only if the director loves the book and stays true to the authors vision.

Great storyline and storytelling
A wonderful, furturistic and refreshing storyline to a classical tale. This was a real page turner. I couldn't stop listening. Few books can really pull you into the story like Cinder does. with great narration and details along the lines of Dune this is a must read and I have get the second book now.

I listen to mostly fantasy and science fiction books. This one was not produced or directed as well so not a thrilling listen, however the story was pretty good and if you've consisted reading the series is recommend picking it up. worth the listen.

Well... That was awesome
So... The only audibles I have truly enjoyed before this book have been by comedians. Tina Fey's, Mindy Kailing, Amy Poehler you catch my drift so to my surprise I am now hooked on a series that wasn't written or narrated by a comedian. Sure there are funny parts but overall I love the storyline, I will say sometimes there was a lack in detail but incredible story arc and character development and I just frighn loved it! I couldn't get enough, the narrator did a phenomenal job and I seriously could not stop listening to it until it was done. I eager to start Scarlet I do not even have the words to express my excitement. Anyways, seriously I haven't loved a book this much since probably Twilight (I know shudder but the books were good and I was a teenager, sue me!) and dare I say I am equally obsessed with the Harry Potter series. Thank you so much for writing this book and having the perfect narrator for it. Read this book or listen to it, whatever surges your wires ;)
