Great Book and Reader
I was almost sad to reach the end of this book knowing that the story is over but it was a great book and the reader did a very good job. She used different voices for different characters making it very easy to follow and overall made the story more immersive.

Rapid. Revealing. Revolutionary.
The best of Twilight right here! So much so that I think too much happened. But it’s an absolutely full book where all your hopes will come true.
⚖️ Plot: The pace was perfect to truly absorb the story at first, but then I think it was a bit rushed at the end. As done with the movies, I believe this would have been perfect if broken down into 2 parts and explored more in the finale.
🗺 World: We got to see everything we wanted to and more here! You can really see Meyer’s writing mature and her giving us a full birds eye view of all the action and fantasy. I only wished I saw a proper battle scene at the end. Every time it’s built up, they continue to escape from harm unscathed.
💑 Characters: I was shocked that we had 2 whole parts in Jacob’s POV. It was definitely not the POV I was expecting. I wanted Edward! Bit I guess I’ll wait for Midnight Sun for that. If this did have 3 POVs though, it would have been a 5 star book for me.

One of my favorites
This series is truly phenomenal. Although some aspects of the storyline are dated, Stephanie Meyer has a way of writing that makes you feel as though you’re in the book with all of the characters. She is truly talented and I cannot recommend this book series enough.
