Simply put, this story is well written, kept me interested and leaves me thirsting for what happens next!
A bookworm since a child. Love audible books.
I would rate it about 6/10 of all books I have listened to.
The opening scene grabs your attention for the book, and it does a good job of providing back ground for the story.
The opening scene was probably the most memorable in the book.
Hidden away because of what she could do, others want to use her powers.
This story is about mega humans. The girl is who kept inside her house and away from people all her life--Only to have her world turned upside down and find out that she is a mega human. The scenes described with Wolfe are a bit creepy.
If I don't answer your call its because I'm totally in love with this audiobook!
Absolutely positively definitely never!
I almost didn't even finish this book the narration was so bad… I think that the story has a good promise but just not here.
I wasn't sure about this story, but I'm glad that I stuck with it. I didn't love it but it was enough to keep my interest. Although I was hoping for more suspense and action, I liked the ending and the possibilities for the future books. I'll probably try the next one in the series to see where the author goes with it.
The story was okay, but I never identified with any of the characters. I think the narrator did a good job, but the story fall short. The last couple chapters earned the couple of stars for me.
