Could have been great
The premise is the story and the themes involved were intriguing but the execution of it was meh. The whole story reads like an outline and you're talked at but you don't really experience it. There isn't any events or real dialog that precipitated the character development... all of a sudden (overnight) they've had a change of heart or fell in love. These kings are rapey AF and just make a plan to "seduce" this girl so she can't pick other kings. They're like "once we stick our c*cks in her she'll fall in love with us and that's that" And it was. She fell in love and they got what they wanted. But the reader didn't get to experience the fight scene, the sex or anything really. It's just a repetitive outline. If it had meat this would have been a great story.

Not a hot and heavy RH!
If you’re looking for any spicy you will not find it here. There is no passion between these four characters. The robot voice is not unbearable, but it’s not helping the book either. Standalone with all four characters points of view.

Supports Rape Culture
I didn’t mind the virtual narration, but the male characters are disgusting. They have no redeemable qualities. Consent doesn’t exist between these characters. The guys just take and take and harm her. I hated it.

However, I kept thinking that their actions and her actions were just miscommunication. When they only give her good food if she’s amicable to molestation. Carving their initials into her for no apparent reason is more than batshit crazy. Discussing to force her first time when she’s skittish. One of them thinks, “this makes me uneasy but if it works in our favor, I’ll do it.” She is into them obviously, but these guys would have forced her if she hadn’t been into them. I can’t find any redeemable characteristics in any of the male leads. I haven’t had this problem with other novels with dark MCs, but it’s gross.
