True to the cause
As a firefighter and someone who has seen a lot of great leaders, Frank Viscuso is just another example of someone I want to model myself after and I can say he is inspiring and someone I hope I get meet one day!

What a Book.
If you are in the Fire Service, you need to read this book. Even if you are not wanting to lead. You should still read it as it has lessons that help you in every aspect of your life.

This is a must read for aspiring leaders!
This book provided multiple takeaways and lessons learned. As a student leadership I think of Chief Viscuso as a mentor. He is right up there with Chief Anthony Kastros and Chief Nick Martin. He brings the same passion to leadership that Aaron Fields brings to moving hose and water.I look forward to more content from Chief Viscuso!
