In all honesty, speed reading doesnt get any easier than this. It is not a difficult practice to learn. All it requires is shifting how youl ook at the words and that's it. The book didnt really need to be this long but there is useful adive and interesting facts.

Truly remarkable, evety chapter is filled with useful tips, insightdlful information about the eyes or mind, and simple exercises to accelerate reading beyond imagine. I'm already reading 3x faster and I just finished the book.

Speed Reading
While other speed reading books are all rehashes of the same old techniques (that I've no success with), this book is different. Teaching the brain to read in phrases leads to fast comprehension of ideas, and increased speed naturally follows.

Five stars!!
I liked the focus on comprehension and visualizing what is read as opposed to blindly trying to cram as many words as possible into the mind. Exercises were interesting due to various writing styles that forced you to really focus and visualize the ideas rather than just looking at the text. Will take a bit of practice but worth it. Good teachings overall.
