It bring back good memories for me
I remember watch the anime in college and loving this sassy little spell cast. Even with the ADV dub of the movies, Lisa is the true voice of Lina.

A fantastic read
I am a big fan of the Slayers series, having the books in physical copy and the anime series. The actress for the main character doing an audio book for this series is a long time dream of mine, and Lisa Ortiz was fantastic! I adored this book and her performance! I cannot wait for the next one to be released!!!

Absolutely Fun and Great Narrator
One of my first times listening to an light novels here on Audible, but I must say that this is one of the most fun and funny audiobooks that I've had the honor to listen too. Lisa Ortiz is amazing and expressive in her narration, she's likely the reason why I loved this audiobook so much in the first place and I can't wait to listen to more volumes.

Thoughts by a Noob
I maybe a noob of the writen works of Slayers. However, I have been a fan of the anime for many years now. I only wish the anime was available for purchase on Google. It seems to only be getting harder to find to watch as the years go on.

Excellent return of a classic!
First off, Lisa Ortiz returning just makes this even better, but for those old fans returning, this is a reprint of the original novel (before it was an anime.) It's phenomenal. The story is just as you expect and Lisa sounded like she had a great time in the booth. keep them coming!

A TRUE DELIGHT
If you are a fan of the anime, then you will LOVE this book. I am so, so, so grateful that Lisa Ortiz revisits her role as Lina Inverse and narrated this book. It is such a treat to hear her. She knocks it out of the park with her performance. The book is a mix of comedy, fantasy, and adventure. It's definitely accessible to listeners who've never seen the anime.
