Publisher's summary

Contains books one, two, and three of Sins of the Father, a humorous supernatural suspense story filled with magic, mythology, and mayhem from Nazri Noor, author of the best-selling Darkling Mage series.

Fallen Reign, book one

Mason Albrecht’s life changed the day the angels tried to kill him. As the son of a fallen angel king, Mason is an abomination, one who can command the Vestments, divine arms and armor summoned from heaven’s own arsenals. And everybody wants a piece: death witches, demon princes, even deities of ancient myth.

Then, an enterprising enchantress offers to cloak Mason from those who would corrupt him into a living weapon. But will Mason run from supernatural entities forever or embrace his unholy birthright and defy the very forces of heaven and hell?

False Gods, book two

Mason may have found himself a home in a verdant forest dimension, but danger follows the son of Samyaza wherever he goes. There’s trouble brewing in paradise - literally - and when a familiar, flame-toting magus reappears, it’s with catastrophically explosive consequences.

Morning Star, book three

Elements both infernal and celestial keep hampering Mason’s working holiday. And the son of Samyaza has also piqued the interest of another vastly powerful entity...an archangel with a missing sword and an axe to grind.

Includes Ex Nihilo, a bonus prequel novella from the Sins of the Father series.

Great Series!

I thoroughly enjoyed This series. A nice balance of humor and snark!

Luke Daniels brings the characters to life throughout this series. It is a pleasurable listen. I look forward to listening to the rest of the series.

Loved it! :-)

I love this series, too! Thank you Nazri Noor! Sins of the Father is just as awesome as The Darkling Mage series! Also, Luke Daniel's thank you so much for bring this story to life just like you did to The Darkling Mage series!!!
Since the chapters are not labeled (to show when the next book startes), here is a quick guide:
Chapter 2: Fallen Reign (Book 1 - Chapter 1)
Chapter 39: False Gods (Book 2 - Chapter 1)
Chapter 78: Morning Star (Book 3 - Chapter 1)
Chapter 110: Ex Nihilo (Prequel to the Sins of the Father series - Chapter 1)
Also, there is fun bonus material right at the end (which was great)! :-)

Good Stories Childish Behavior

I have grown to enjoy the characters and world building of this series, but I find the constant immaturity displayed by many of the characters to be irritating and distracting. The readers flippant narration style really accentuates the issue.

I like it but was surprised at the characters age

I like it but was surprised at the characters age. I feel like one minute the characters were wise beyond their years and a lot of times they were childish. It felt like reading a different book. Performance was great though

Interesting story

I enjoyed listening to this story, I thought Mason was a bit too snarky but it did make me laugh! I would like to see more stories about this group. Narrow created a great story line and Luke was great as always!

Brilliant

I read the books when they first came out and loved it, but hearing Luke Daniels perform it only takes it to another level. His take on what each character should sound like is always spot on. No spoilers but the the little surprise at the end is to die for! Awesome job by both Nazri and Luke

Fantastic!

What an incredible follow up to Darkling Mage! Mason is 100% distinct from Dustin, and yet just as fun to read! Also, the dynamic between Mason and Quill has me on the edge of my seat even still. I have no choice but to start reading the next series, even without the audiobook!
