I listened to the book after reading it. I have now gifted a copy to one of my company’s HR representatives in the hope that it will provide a roadmap for our company’s DEI strategy. As Drs. Opie and Livingston explain, there has to be buy-in from the top. This book explains how to work at all levels of an organization to facilitate effective DEI practices, metrics, and accountability.
