Just a wad of fun hitting you in the face, does that sound bad?

Look, this isn’t some masterpiece of literature, what it IS though, is a fun ride through space with some good friends. I’d say the writers had as much fun writing this series as I have listening to it. Which is an absurd amount.

Follow Van through the stars, and laugh… a lot. There’s some heavy stuff too and a plot and stuff. Oh and lasers don’t forget the lasers!

If you haven’t had the pleasure of listening to the narrator before it’s worth it just for that.

I would love to crew the frenoken water bulk carrier...................exclusively in VR i might add because i have my own moisturizers and don't need any of their employer hospice "amenities"

Another exceptional performance all around!

From the writing, to the editing, and the reading: 5-stars all around!! This storyline paired with the extraordinary vocal skills of Jeffrey Kafer is a big hit for Sci-Fi fans everywhere. Hope this team will continue for a long time! Can’t wait to get started on some of their other series.

Love this book…

Van and his crew up against impossible odds once again are forced to work outside the normal procedures to bring law and order back to the universe.

I love everything about this entire series! The story is fantastic, and Mr. Kafer does a great job of narrating and bringing the characters to life!

Jeffery Kafer totally makes these books what they are. The authors Chaney and Maggert made a great series and Kafer just brings it to life.

Icky got kilt!

I made a comment in the last book that Icky needed a kilt and she got one! I hope it continues to come back into the story.
That said, the story is humorous at times but also very intense in places. Van and crew take on galactic version of The Big Box Store s they edge very close to ending the chipped-identity trade.
Character development is good. We learn more Wu'tzur culture and nibbles of information about other crew members.

it's a must read an order of book series

once again an amazing book 10-in out of 15 I think it's going to be an amazing series I can't wait till the next audible is out
