great for relaxing

I don't know when the meditation started as I listened to the track; maybe in the future audiobook, the author can separate the track for information and the meditation track.

Informative!

I'm a simple set my alarm clock and sleep kind of guy. I never gave much thought about self-hypnosis meditation. I've heard about lucid dreaming too but never tried it for myself. After listening to this wonderful audiobook, I now have a solid understanding of the benefits lucid dreaming has.

Relax, sleep, and dream

This audiobook is a great listen for people who have trouble falling asleep. It will help you relax and take the stress off of your daily grind, even if you have trouble falling asleep. The canter of the women's voice combined with the very relaxing background music, will drift you off to a soulful sleep and when you awake in the morning you will feel refreshed by the experience of a good night's sleep! I'd recommend it to anyone who has trouble falling asleep and also to those people who just want to relax and feel the stress melt away!

Great starting place for exploring dream lucidity

I've had years of training and investigating my dreamland scapes and what habits to develop and work on in order to have more autonomy during Dreamtime, both for lucid dreaming and astral journeying. My tips and tricks, I've learned over many years from may different people, videos, seminars, websites, trial and error, etc etc etc.
What's even more important than exploring different methods, is the PRACTICE and CONSISTENCY. It's like any kind of training to hone in on a skill.
I really like the training methods presented in this compilation. Consider it a zero-to-hero journey. It's important to understand that once you start experiencing lucidity, different tricks work for different people and you've got to explore and experiment to see what works for you. Regardless, this book is a GREAT place to begin, or to fine-tune, your training.

The lucid dream dimension

Recently, I have been working on meditating every day. Although my meditations were not aimed at lucid dreaming directly, lucid dreams became an inadvertent byproduct of my efforts, leading to an interest in the subject, and, subsequently, this wonderful audiobook. The guided narration and peaceful music are absolutely perfect and make me look forward to going to sleep at night. I am looking forward to entering the dream reality and experiencing it more and more tangible forms as I progress. I would highly recommend this release for anyone looking to increase their lucid dream experience.

Interesting

I had no idea how much stuff lucid dreaming can impact. And I think the book was nicely done leaving the entire activity to one chapter to avoid interrupting the flow.

Nearly instant results!

I tried this last night and almost immediately had results! I've used some really good self-help meditations before, and this one is up there in terms of both quality and the results it delivers. It definitely makes it a lot easier having a "guide" to take you through the process!

For anyone looking to improve mindfullness through dreams/manifestation, this is a must-have!

Interesting and Relaxing

As a meditation instructor, I am all about mindfulness, meditation, and self-hypnosis. The author gets you right to meditating and using these techniques.

If you have never tried anything like this, give it a shot! You have nothing to lose except an hour of your time. At a minimum, you will come away with great ways to manage your thoughts and relax. You might get much more if you are open-minded.
