All the strategies in the world will not work if you're too tired, stressed out, or overwhelmed by all the work and information that's coming at you.
When your stress levels are tremendous or energy levels are at rock bottom, it can be difficult to maintain any kind of discipline. You just want to be lazy and that eventually leads to procrastination.
While it is impossible to completely do away with stress, we can learn to deal with it mindfully by practicing Zen.

This is educational book. History of Zen is interesting as it originates in ancient teaching of Gautama Buddha. It taught the listeners about noble truth and eight fold path.
It educates its listeners to be in control of what they think,feel and never let stress ruin the day. It also mentioned about incorporating Zen in our daily; and finding focus through mindfulness and meditation.
I was curious about Yoga and how it makes me calm and a good sleep. I practiced what I listened from this audio book. I like the meditation technique and breathing to relax. It helps me renew my strength after a long day of work. Finding focus is possible through Zen yoga and meditation. I would recommend this book to family and friends. A good practice.
Self-actualization is one of the things I learned from Maslow's hierarchy of needs; and never thought that it could be achieve through Zen. This is a great guide in incorporating Zen in our daily life and relieve from stress. Being mindful and meditate more often is a way to de-clutter our mind of weary and uncertainty. It is a way of regaining focus and achieve self-actualization. This is worth sharing audio book. Great guide.
I learned more about Zen as I listened to this audio book. The narration was good and clear. It's rooted from an interesting teachings of Gautama Buddha and it shared ways on how to incorporate Zen in our daily life. It motivates listeners to be in control of their own thoughts and be mindful in daily activities. Practice to breath to relax and do meditation more often. I would love to listen to it again to keep me reminded how I should stress-free.

Regaining focus after a tiresome day is proven possible through Zen yoga and meditation. I constantly practice it three times a week. Even a simple breathing technique would help me relax. Being in total control of what I thought and what I care for the whole day is definitely my choice. I would recommend this book for everyone to be aware that stress may be a part of our daily life but it will only bother me if I'll think of it.
This is a motivational book. It's positive in terms of daily life approach. Beating procrastination and stress is a never ending battle but with this audio book that I listened to, it encourage listeners to acknowledge that stress is already a part of daily life BUT we can definitely control our own mind. REALITY should be: we are in complete control of our own thoughts; thus feeling of stress can be controlled by applying simple breathing techniques to make us relax,doing Zen meditation and yoga once or twice a week to clear our mind with negative thoughts; released our stress daily by exercise and breathing. We are indeed in control.
Not familiar with Zen until I listened to this book. I realized that this is about Buddhism and how to incorporate Zen in our daily life with less stress and anxiety to handle. I learned about the eight fold path and the noble truth but what I appreciate more is the breathing techniques that would help me relax. I tried yoga once and it's a good idea to practice it more often to experience calmness and great feeling of relief from stress.
I learned a lot by simply listening to this book while on at home spending my holiday. I practice what I listened to like the breathing techniques to make me relax. I am not too much focused regarding the noble path instead I focus on Zen yoga and meditation that would help me relieve from stressful days of working 9-5.
