"Some may think Your Erroneous Zones is better than sex - at least longer lasting." (The Atlanta Journal)
NOT THE BOOK
I like listening to Wayne talk. He's got a charismatic way about him, a pleasant voice, and overall I enjoyed listening to this. However, if you want the book erroneous zones, this is not it, you should go back to Amazon and get the kindle or actual printed book.
This is more like Wayne musing on the topic of the book, and that I found helpful and entertaining. It helps to put a personality with the book, and it does help to flesh out a few of the ideas in the book, but it's certainly no substitute.
Dr. Dyer's lecturing is very engaging, so that made this enjoyable to listen to.
This should be called
This reading is not the book, but a summary of it. I was believing it to be the actual book when I purchased it. If you are into summaries it is well done, if your into the book itself, not so much.
I am a single mom of 3 beautiful, wonderful children. I am just actually separated from my husband since may 2012 we are working on things,I really hope things work out for us!! I have been on the search for spirituality and being one with myself and developing a magnificent outlook on life..
This book gave me the feeling I can do anything,no one can stop me but me!! I love self affirmations and it was a great book to help do that everyday and doing that DOES change your life, thinking positive DOES brings positive outcomes..
Yes,over and over!!
Realization of self-worthiness
I was surprised that Wayne Dyer mentioned that it is ok to treat yourself with a glass of wine in a restaurant... This is one of his early books. I know this days he promotes sobriety.
Past is the past. Worrying about it or feeling guilt do not make your present any better. Previous mistakes should be excepted as lessons.
I'm a fan of Wayne Dyer. His teachings are priceless and truly work in every day life. The only reason I rated it as 4 stars, and not 5, is because it is not as exciting as his other works that I have heard so far. He just doesn't make his usual jokes in this program. However, this audio book is great and I will listen to it more than a few times.
I loved that the actual writer, narrated as well. Who better to explain?
I enjoyed the explanation of each point/idea and his supporting stories or information.
I loved it was so realistic and relatable to everyone in every day life. Everyone can benefit from this.
There are so many and for each person, one area will apply to him/her more than another. For me it is the first EZ of selft acceptance/self doubt as well as the biggest resolution to all EZ is to just be present in every moment. Simple, yet forgotten.
Logic, insight and ways of rethinking/repocessing.
not just one
again, so applicable to everyone and a reminder to stop being victim of our past and to look ahead and make better choices in our future. Take control of ourselves and our own lives thru responsible choices.

I have great respect for Dr. Dyer and have listened to many of his books. This book has great info for anyone who is just starting out on their own journey of awareness and understanding. He wrote it years ago, and since I'd already listen to so many of his present lectures and books, it was nothing new to me.. that was really my only problem with it.. If I had listened to this before any of his other works, I would say it was the best book I'd ever listened to.. I'm still giving it 5 stars though, because it's worth a listen to... In my opinion, from listening to him on Hay House Radio, teleseminars and through his books/cd's, I think he is a man who has lived a life like so many of us, with ups and downs, failures and successes. He understands what challenges people face, wants to help us get past them and make our lives all they can be..
I had read and reread the book years ago. I also listened to this back when initially released. I am not sure if someone who wasn't already familiar with it would get as much out of it. I liked his condensing of some of the chapters of the book...it is very effective and much easier to remember and apply.
Guilt and worry
He is always easy to listen to--warm and humorous style
you can start at any page, it helps the same
all of it
myself.;no characters.;it's a selfhelp book
the one and only YOU
I read it in 1981. great steps I made. Since then I have recommended it to all that have issues to improve about them selfs, specially moving on.
Now I decided to listen to it since 30 yrs have passed, and I still think it's great.
The common sense approach that Dr. Dyer uses.
There were many "AHHA!" moments.
Personal experience and wonderful stories.
Not really any one moment.
This was the first book by Dr. Dyer I ever bought....it was wonderful. Now I have it on audio which is a great refresher to listen to.
