A friend of mine left her phone at my house a few months ago and I tried this book... I really didn't think it would help, I was more curious than anything.
Even though I don't personally respond to hypnosis, I find Rachael's voice to be soothing, and her induction techniques to be so very helpful for relaxing and unwinding. Though I'm still very conscious for the therapy portion, I find it to be full of great suggestions and ideas to be mindful of through out the day so that I can reach my goals.
