The first part of the program explains how allergies and asthma affect your body, the roll of stress, the psychological component, and how to create healing images and effective affirmations. The second part guides you through the eyes-closed visualization exercises, in which you relax to calm your body's automatic flight-fight response and take active control of your immune system through literal and symbolic images.

"Great visualisation for Allergies with a focus on Stress Reductiom"
I wasn't sure what to expect with this, having done some visualisations before but never for allergies/asthma!
The preamble is fairly lengthy ("side 1") around 20 minutes, but is does help to explain how allergies are caused- refresh your knowledge of mast cells etc if needed and the importance of different kinds of visualisation and positive affirmations. I found the descriptions of the physical appearance of allergens especially helpful for this process.
The visualisation itself is very well conducted at a good pace, I dropped right down and was able to follow all the instructions easily. The 'metaphorical' visualisation is typically American, cops and terrorists analogy but if you can handle that then I would say, give it a whirl!
