I think you have to listen to it everyday, like they instruct...I love it and I use it to fall asleep with. I have noticed a difference in how I eat and my water intake is a lot better....it's weird because I'm skeptical. I like it but when she says Hello and Welcome, it kind of startled me, I think it's because I'm already starting to fall asleep. great content
Narrator was calming, easy to listen to and convincing. I enjoyed all of the steps and was able to follow sub conciously while my body was doing what she said would do. i felt like i was weightless
I got SOOO tired on the radio...same thing over and over again. Then I found this app. It is now the only thing I listen to unless someone else is in the car too! On the days I take the kids with me to work I go bonkers because I'm missing my "me time" lol. Driving and listening to this is my only me time lol.

This is a positive meditation collection that I have listened to each night for about 3 weeks so far and it really has had an impact on me. Virtual gastric band is great and I have stopped believing I am constantly hungry and have lost my relentless focus on food, especially evenings watching TV where I would always pick at something. Have lost 6lb in 2 weeks simply through eating less and feeling fuller quicker... as I said, it is working for me!
