The useful and effective strategies. This audio will give you the tools you need to better your life if you do them.
Controlling my thought process and learning to respond to situations and not react.
Such a good book!
This is my first audio book, I liked it. I learned how to meditate and learned new things.
Yes and I will. This is a great learning tool even though it's more of an intro to a much larger learning experience. It has open my mind and I will be seeking out more literature on this topic.
I really can't say as this is a fairly new topic for me and I've only just started my research.
I enjoyed listening to Laura, I would love to meet her in person.
I was amazed at how I could feel myself going deeper and deeper into alfa consciousness and how easy it was once I truly relax and let it happen.
The first chapter is kinda lengthy as it talks more about the author than it does the teaching but its good that you listen to all of it.
I was really worried about work related issues
Instead of wasting more time in worry I listened to this book and did the Silva training exercises. I now feel empowered and am working through creating solutions for my life and career.
No, i've already seen all I needed to see.
Narrator was fine.
I listened to this because I am interested in learning how to improve my mind. I didn't try this book so that I could be controlled by others. When they say "you will be unable to use this level of mind to harm others", the author is overstepping his boundaries, and harming the free will of the person. Who determines what is harmful or not? The person who uses his mind should be free to use it in anyway he pleases, and the person himself should be the one setting his own limits as to how he uses his powers, just like in any other aspect of life. I do not accept anyone trying to control me or limit me, and so I found that suggestion unacceptable. It is based on fear and not love or trust, thereby showing his human weakness.
Although some of the information in this book is interesting, I want authors to stop believing that they control other people's actions. It will prevent them from trying to control people's minds with suggestions or fear. They have a lot to learn in that aspect.
It wasn't what I had in mind at all.
Stopped before the second half.
He was fine.
