I love the simplicity of the principles Thomas Sterner describes in this book. It's got none of the fluffy New Age mumbo-jumbo that describe vague concepts but don't really tell you what to do and how to do it.
Focus on the process and not the end product - you'll get there faster, easier, and with a lot less effort!
Very good audio book, would recomend this one if you are a very busy person or just want to be able to think more clearly. I found some of the information and paradox's very enlightening - they teach you how to focus on the moment you are in. It has complemented my self development audio library very well.

I've listened to many books on the subject of mindfulness, and this one is the best. Clear and perfectly to the point. Author is fascinating.

yes and no...It was a most interesting approach and I wanted to hear it all now. I also found myself going back to key areas several times for his suggested applications to become part of my process.
Not the typical surface suggestions, instead in depth thought and many process applications. just outstanding!
The author made his essential points in the first 1/3 of the book, and did not need to give example, after example of what was already stated.
Not likely, if the book is over $7.00 and this is his strategy.

I was hoping the author was going to cover more ground in how the mind works, and what strategies can be used to access other ways of thinking and focusing.
For those interested in Mindfulness and Self awareness this is a must. I've been listening to this audiobook constantly since I downloaded it. It's that good.
It's a short book. Each chapter is very clear, with a good balance between the idea proposed and examples.

I would listen again. This is because I just could not listen to the book continually during one sitting. I actually listened to two other books while trying to complete this book. Perhaps if I could read in sequence the information would make more sense and be a greater value.

This book is a wonderful book that keeps thing in proper perspective. I am much more content and happier by just staying in the moment and focusing in on one thing at a time. Highly recommend it.
