    "Funny and wise"

This talk is a reminder to women who tend to put themselves last and then find themselves empty. Cut it out! Listen to this and make it your job to apply the wisdom.

    "Bring the Joy"

Christiane Northrup brings new awareness to the word Joy! I listened to this every day for 2 weeks. I own the thoughts that she wanted to share and take them with me each day. I have shared what I learned daily. Uplifting, inspiring and very informative. If you want Joy to be in the front of your thoughts you have found the intro.

    "Inspiring and entertaining"
    Any additional comments?

This is not simply a read-aloud of a book, but a recording of an entertaining and inspiring talk presented to an audience. I found Dr. Northrup's honesty, insightfulness, and humor very enjoyable and thought-provoking. Why have we grown so suspicious of joy, and how can we begin to undo the programming that insists we feel guilty for "having too much fun." Important ideas for those of us seeking to experience more happiness in our lives. Isn't that eveyrone?

Among the health books I've listened to, it's among the top.

What about Christiane Northrup???s performance did you like?

She's funny, intelligent and well rounded. She's got a quick wit and deep insights- she sounds like someone I'd want to hang out with.
