This is a panic attack sufferer's nightmare.... facing the issue head on. But guess what! It works. For those who truly are suffering and have it so bad that there is nothing to lose, this is your chance and probably only shot but it takes courage. The steps are laid out very clearly and it's brilliant.
In comparison to other authors in this field, the author clearly had nothing to lose and his last resort ended up being the cure. I'm thankful his experience and information can be passed on for others to use.

The author reads calmly and with conviction which is a pleasant listen. He's no voice actor but the authenticity makes up for it. The content however is incredible. It's been extremely useful for me helping me understand my anxiety issues and also curing most the symptoms I've had for several months now which have come and gone over the last few years. I feel like I will make a full recovery thanks to this terrific advise. Without wanting to sound patronising, I think well read individuals and especially those who have studied some form of scientific degree will get most out of this due to the authors communication style. Someone used to typical fluffy lowest common denominator self help books may not get much from this.

Jeff completely disminshes panic amd why and how it occurs.It also gives you the true cure of them which is surrender to it.Without apprehension and fear there can be no panic.

Oddly, yes. Although it was read by the author, he delivered the entire spiel in a sort of stiff monotone that was both annoying and distracting.
I was a fan of the author's website PanicEnd, which seemed to convey all of the information needed in a clear-cut, friendly manner. I had actually noticed a decrease in my own anxiety while reading his reassuring words, so I bought the book.
What a mistake. This book is a convoluted list of do's and don'ts to a counter-intuitive problem, which is a recipe for absolute disaster. Worse yet, 99% of the book is a series of emails to and responses from the author, for an added dimension of blandness and explanations on how to micromanage a panic attack; something the author's website seemed to recommend against.
All in all, it's just a bunch of counterproductive fluff. Read this if you WANT a panic attack, because it'll give you one.
