I love guided meditations and hypnosis recordings, so I have tried several. I wasn't sure about Hypnosis Live because there's no name behind who is writing the sessions (as opposed to sessions by Darren Marks or Craig Beck). I was pleasantly surprised to find this to be a very good bundle---the ideas and philosophies of Hypnosis Live are very good, and I find their techniques to be very powerful. In the first part of this bundle, the 'Perfect Body' hypnosis, something was said that has changed my life: 'what is the difference between what you do easily, and what is hard for you to do?' They explain it in this bundle, and it's brilliant. I recommend the whole thing just for that, but the entire session is very helpful. I have only done the 'Perfect Body' so far because I love it so much, each time I sit down to turn it on, I want to do that one. I'll get to the others, and I am currently looking for others by the same people.
I was initially excited for this book but after listening to it once, I quickly found the narrators voice annoyingly patronizing even though she was speaking in a soothing manner. The sessions were long winded and general. it's as if the book was written and recorded just for the sake of having another topic available.
I guess the biggest thing is that there is a whole lots to listen to but alot of it is repetition and fillers.
