Although the story is a bit simple in aspects, this book memorializes and illustrates many important foundational leadership principles. It is well worth the read!

Life changing

Loved this book. I listened to some of it in the car and even my 11 yr paid attention. I'm going to purchase the paper copy too and field guide for use with my team.

Great Attitude Adjustment Review

If you are a PMA fan, this is all old news to you, but a refresher never hurts, Just because we 'know" the concepts does not mean we don't need to be reminded of them to get "back on the bus". The scenario, probably would not ever really happen in the way it is portrayed, but the story makes it very relatable. Attitudes we see in ourselves and others are made visual, plain and simple to identify.
An attitude review is never a bad thing for anyone!

Recalibrate a positive mindset

The story is gentle and predictable. The value is in a two hour (approx) unfolding of 10 rules for a positive approach to life-work, family, all of it. These were things i know, or used to know, but forget to practice when the daily doing of the endless list becomes the focus instead of the people and mission.
I’ll probably listen a couple times/year as a recalibration. In a hectic world, my spirit drifts from Purpose. Proactive servicing and cal checks will present out of tolerance conditions.
