Love Dr. Estes
This is the second book by Dr. Estes that I have bought as an audiobook. The other is The Late Bloomer, which was also profound and interesting. I love her intelligent interpretation of the stories and their meanings about our creativity. They just make sense deep inside. She speaks both like an old friend and a wise teacher.

My new favorite book.
This is one of my favorite books by Clarissa Pinkola Estes. Her narrative is impeccable, filled with passion and content. I wish it was a longer book though, to keep listening. I really enjoyed it and couldn't recommend enough.

Wisdom to guide us....
Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes helps us analyze our creative soul. With her vivid stories she reminds us how we can relax about creative processes and let them be as they are; without making demands that go against the natural rising, flowing, falling and dying, and once again incubating ideas. And for those of us who feel perhaps we have been truly damaged in our relationship to creativity, there is hope, the spark never dies out completely. The Creative Fire reminds us how we live in a world of powerful imagination serving to nurture each soul.
