Shave like your grandpa
Be a perfect houseguest
Fight like a gentleman using the art of bartitsu
Help a friend with a problem

Ask for a woman’s hand in marriage
Raise resilient kids

Excellent book!

Some of the content is amateur, but given the current times necessary. Things like tying a tie... However, there is outstanding content such as Benjamin Frankie’s rules of virtue and Chastity. Overall a must read for any man, in any era.

Great book

This book touches on a lot of what is missing in our modern pseudo f-u society. I think men in general have lost what it means to be a man and a gentleman at that. Some of the stuff about camping is pretty basic. But the book has a point. People would rather buy outdoorsy clothes to look outdoorsy but they rarely get out and camp. I recommend this book to any male between the ages of 18-60.

thoroughly useful!

this book was very informative and helpful. every connected me to a lot of things that I knew and had forgotten as I got older or I didn't know all together. I recommend it for any man. My only critique is the section of relationships & courting women seems to be very old-fashioned. I still recommend the book All In All though as it has a lot of resources and information.

A much needed book!

Brett McKay and his wife do an excellent job at writing the things men/dads wish we knew and how to go about passing them on.J7st reading and or listening to this book gives you the confidence you did not know you needed

Maybe I'm just not right for this

maybe I'm just the wrong generation for this but it seems really really obvious and simplistic. the Striking thing about it is that a book like this needed to be written at all. I thought all of this was common knowledge. I guess I was wrong. I guess I was looking for more of a philosophical approach.

don't buy the audio. physical copy is much better

this is a good book but there's so much practical advice listed in this book that it was hard to get it all listening to audio. owning a physical copy of the book would be much better
