He does talk you to sleep and he's ok at that. But don't be fooled into thinking you're getting any "sleep learning". There is no "Law of Attraction" stuff either. This is an expensive five hours of white noise. Ocean waves for one track, music for another hour. It is five hours and not eight so it actually wakes me up early because it turns off when I need white noise most.
I can't put it on before bed because it's so long, it goes on talking for more than 3 hours and wakes me up. not a very good setup. the other one (deep sleep and relaxation) is better made.
however the quality is very good.
Really great audiobook to listen in bed. I listen to it and end up falling asleep within first hour since its so soothing and relaxing. I plan on getting other books from the same author.
This whole collection s really great! I love them and use them 3 nights out of 4 when I a sleeping. I sleep beeper and y perspective has changed during the day and I believe it is partly due to these audio books. It does take some time to get use to t once you start using them though.😊
