it's very interesting!

This reading has many potentially good points to live by. Very easy listening, enjoy.

Makes you a better person

Tells you those little things that will allow you to have a better now and a great future. I immediately did three things in the book that prior to listening to it sounded insurmountable, after listening, couldn't figure out why I didn't do it years earlier. I bought an investment building, with no real impact on my life, with little risk, with equity I didn't give consideration to in the past. It's three months later and everything is working as expected. Easy to listen to.

Good info

I enjoyed this book more in the beginning, the longer I listened the less attention span I could keep with it. Be prepared to fast forward to long drawn out lists being read

Amazing must read

There really isn't much to say except this is an amazing must read and share for anyone looking to improve their lives and finances. Read it all the way through and don't stop. There is true insight that is simple, obvious, and always ignored. Trust in what you read and be open to learn, change, and grow. Amazing! Share, Share, and learn.

Good Instruction!

This was a great financial instruction book! Like most financial books, it had all of the general themes on how to accumulate wealth, where it is different was, it gave very detailed steps to make it happen!

Poor Choice of Narrator for the Material

Financial books are hard enough to get through for the average person. I loved the Latte Factor, so I bought some of the author’s other books, including this one. The narrator was very dry, thus making listening to the book seem like work. Not quite nails on a chalkboard, but close. You need to engage the audience for them to get anything from the material.

I have both versions. The audio to get through the book because I'm in my car so much, and the book to review and practice the principals and put it into ACTION

A great book for anyone who wants to retire!

David is able to covey the idea of saving for retirement in a way anyone can understand. I whole heartedly believe that if you follow these ideas you can achieve your dream of retiring one day.
