I like this mediation but unfortunately it is treated like a book with the female voice at the end. I go to sleep but then I am waken by her voice at the end. This voice should be at the first track. The timer does not work on my phone to stop it before the end because it is limited. I start on 3 after it explains about mediation so I would have to stop it at 22:35 but I only have a choice of 15 or 30 minutes.
