not much info on doing duplex or quadlex

The chapter that discusses the evaluation of a property based on its own income and expenses.

I suggest all audiobook should have table of contents for each chapter, break down section or by topic by each chapter is much better.
This book is an awesome place to start! This book focuses on property evaluation, dealing with tenants, landlord laws, rights and responsibilities. The section on property management was awesome. I'll be listening to this book at least three times. Next time with a notepad and pen. Very happy, totally worth the credit!
