All the info was useful to anyone starting a business. If you sat down woth your own lawyer to discuss this topic expect the conversation to take all day at his hourly rate. The cost of this book can save you thousands.

Lots of detailed info with several example scenarios. Clear and easy to understand narration, too. I bought the paperback for future reference and for access to the charts and illustrations, although those might be available as a downloadable companion file, as well.
