NLP – Neuro Linguistisches Programmieren – ist keine ganz neue Technik zur Persönlichkeitsentwicklung. Aber definitiv eine, mit der es sich zu beschäftigen lohnt. Die Grundlagen werden hier unterhaltsam und gut verständlich dargestellt, die praktischen Übungen lassen sich leicht umsetzen. Zudem eine angenehme Stimme, hier macht es Spaß zuzuhören.
