This is a wonderful book. I have recommended this book as well as "God Makes the Rivers Flow" & "The Mantram Handbook" to all my family & friends. The narration is also great!
This book give guidance to develop a meditation practice that for me feels like home. I have tried many different techniques and this approach is the first one that really slows my mind down. It has become a part of my life that is non-negotiable where as before I felt I "had" to meditate I now feel that I meditate at a given time each day and that is what I do and it serves me and others as I approach each day now with beautiful words that I am slowly becoming in my life off the cushion.
