These 1028 poems, grouped as 10 ‘Circles’ (mandalas), have variously been called hymns, poems or songs by Sanskrit scholars. the power of a matra

Practical Wisdom
Even if one is secular in their beliefs, there is so much relevant, practical advice in this book. The sort of information that should be taught to young people.
