    "Ideal for the Procrastinator who can't sleep!"

    I've become used to Harrold Glenns voice after listening to the several of his subliminal sleeping and mental health audios. It took some time, as a West Coast American, the UK accent can be a bit distracting but he speaks in such a soothing and rhythmical manner that after a period of time any english speaker can grow to get used to his voice.

    That being said, I decided to try something different. I'm retired and have used that as an excuse to sometimes stay abed for hours, listening to audio books, reading, or just frittering time away when I know I have things to do.

    Especially right now, when I'm supposed to be packing for a winter cruise-I just don't have time to waste so I purchased this inexpensive audio by Glenn and find it very helpful. In the week that I've used it at night, I've been up and about in the morning..!!early!! in the morning.. and find myself muttering "GET Things Done" to myself for no reason. Just last night I couldn't seem to fall as keep and discovered that Get Things Done is a key phrase in Glenns anti-procrastination mantra. Now I know why it's running thru my mind.

    I have 4 different subliminal go to sleep audios, and decided to choose a different one-and decided on Procrastination. Fortunately I can set my iPad to turn off in 30 minutes so I don't need to listen to the 'wake up' portion of Glenns audio. If I haven't gone to sleep-or I wake during the night-a common occurrence-I just put on another audio and doze back to sleep to positive suggestions about something or other.

    I especially like the Solfeggio Meditations. They are based on an ancient musical key and each note has some physical or mental thing it's related to. Read the info on them and do listen to the samples. The music is very soothing and combines with Harrold Glenns voice to make a wonderfully relaxing audio to help you sweetly doze off to sleep.

    I expect I'll eventually collect all 6 of them.

    Glenn has self help self hypnosis audios to assist with almost everything from nail biting to drug addiction to weight loss. There is even one for your child to improve their self esteem

    Highly recommended for those who have problems going to sleep and don't respond well to medications

    "Very uplifting!"

    This is a very uplifting guided meditation. I definitely feel more motivated in the morning when I listen to it at night before I go to sleep. But I love the little 11 minute bonus track.
    It helps you to remember to connect with a sense of gratitude which is great.

    "Excellent Experience!!!"

    Yes, and I'm looking forward to sharing my experience with others. I believe the breathing exercises are essential for everyone on a daily basis, and especially at bedtime. Glen Harrold's voice is very soothing, and the relaxation technique, combined with the positive mental picture he creates, has been very successful for me. I look forward to falling asleep, so the hypnosis can begin, and this usually happens within 10 minutes for me.

    However, you'll need to really follow his instructions. If my mind wonders to other thoughts (daily events, things to do, etc.), you'll lose out on the experience. Once I decided to leave those thoughts for tomorrow - with a better mental clarity, I learned to love the escape!


    I personally set this hypnosis audio, to repeat itself while I sleep, and I wake in the morning with an amazingly positive attitude - ready to get started! I use a small iPod (tucked under pillow) and ear buds, so if the buds fall out in the night (which they will), I simply put them back in upon waking and listen to Session 3, which is 11 minutes of "Wake-Up" Motivation! It's so awesome; I actually make sure I set the alarm 15-minutes early, so I can lay there with NO distractions, except petting the purring cat – which actually lends itself to my morning experience.

    I also carry this iPod with me throughout the day, so I can get a quick "positive" reminder - to stay FOCUSED, and not to PROCRASTINATE.

    I hope your experience is as amazing as mine, and just remember – don’t give up the first time. It took me several sessions to get my mind to shut out the rest of the clutter, and truly relax. If you have ADD or a “chattering mind,” you’ll relate to my initial challenge – however, you will greatly benefit from this “new found” control, both during sleep, and throughout the day!

    "Great audiobook"

    I love this peaceful meditation and I listen to it every night, also there is an 11 minute chapter for mindfulness that is good for getting up in the morning. The two main meditations, each about 30 minutes are great! His voice is very soothing and the audio sounds are high-quality. He has you repeat after him as he says affirmations like, I live my life to the full. Very good for motivation and does help with procrastination

    "Wonderfully relaxing and effective"

    I love this hypnosis recording and listen to it all the time because it is so wonderfully relaxing and effective with true results. I highly recommend all of his hypnosis !

    They make a good attempt, but just don't do it. Find a better option.
    They use some British words that pop you out of any serenity that you tried to get yourself into.

    "Just what i needed"

    I have listened to Glenn Harrold for many years and like his style and approach to meditation and hypnosis. I had drifted away from listening to a track every day and wanted to re-engage with a daily meditation. After searching and listening to many other apps and books I am glad to return to what I know works for me.

    "Glenn Harrold Procrastination"

    I loved this book as I love a lot of his cds .I find them both relaxing and uplifting. I especially like chapter 3 in this audio book as it is only 10 minutes long so can take time to listen to it during the day. I also have 3 of his Solfeggio cds which I listen to regularly and find they really leave me feeling relaxed - so much so that if I listen to them in bed I often fall asleep before the end.
