Very brief

Only the first half of the short recording is about the Manager, and the second half about the Kolbe Concept in general, which I did not want and would not have paid for. I don't think it's a good value for the money. A fair price would be $3 - $5.

Too short & useless

About half of this is a fairly decent explanation of one's strengths according to the Kolbe system (which I admit has me pegged dead on). There are some tips on working with them, and great stuff on what you're good at. THe other half explains the general concept.

Unfortunately , when it come to dealing with areas where your type is not strong (in my type's case, it's sticking to a schedule), her advice is to basically forget trying to stick to a plan and just find someone else who is, to work with. (Much of her work is for larger corporations, and they don't care if one person can't do everything.) It is true we aren't all strong in everything, but this is not an acceptable answer. LOL if you work alone or your household looks to you for organization, or if you're stressed out from doing stuff too last minute. It would be more helpful to advise people on how to learn to do things which do not come naturally to them, in a way that does indeed "work with" their natural strengths.
(And in a recent article, Kolbe does admit that "We can't all just do what we want to" or words to that effect, and supposedly in different places does give advice on how to do stuff that "doesn't come naturally".)

She is too deterministic. It's good to work the way you work naturally, but you still have to do things that aren't "natural". Find an author who can tell you how to do what you don't already do well, when you need to do it. You may still decide to hire it out, but at least you'll have the option of doing it yours
