It was a good quick book giving guidance on alternatives to traditional medicine. I can't wait to try some different herd combinations and introduce healthy routines within our family life.
I highly recommend this book it did not waste any of my time with unnecessary wordiness and got right down to the point and provided the information I needed
I am not one to usually offer a negative review. However, sadly I must do this today. The information provided in this book is very vague, an overview really, more like a pamphlet to allow you to go on to do your own research. If you are hoping for some solid information on treating ADD naturally there are lots of other resources out there that would be more comprehensive. I would not recommend this book.
She makes it easy to understand and I knew of some of the herbs she was referring to...I will try it and see how it works ..Tired of taking medication.
