For me personally it I thought it more an effort at income than good subject matter.

I enjoyed listening to this book. I was glad it was read by the author because I love her personality. I've followed her for a while on social media and was eager to read this book. As, I'm ready for some changes in my life. This was one of the better audiobooks I've listened to.
I love how Gabrielle is so down to earth in her concepts. She doesn't make things sound complicated. All of these things are simple to do. You don't need to spend an hour doing yoga and meditation.
I love listening to books when I'm doing other things. I also loved hearing her voice. It was very soothing. The only thing is that you don't get to see some of the exercises. So, I'll be buying the kindle addition as well. I did some of the exercises that she explained but I'll have to get the book to look at the other exercises.
I have been a practitioner of kundalini yoga and meditation. I've also read some of Marianne Williamson's books so I am not a stranger to The Course in Miracles. But, I really liked how she puts the two together. Most of the stuff she talked about regarding the course and the yoga I already knew. But, she has a lot of other good advice and points that are not apart of the course and yoga as well. Some insights really made me think about my own life and how I can use these practices in my daily life. I also want to learn more about tapping. I knew a little and this enlightened me some more but it doesn't go in depth into it.
This book is worth listening to. but, I would also buy the kindle or hard copy edition to follow along on the exercises. Overall, I loved listening to Gabby's voice and am so glad she read it herself. If you practice yoga and meditation or have studied the course this is a good refresher. If you never have studied yoga or the course this is a great introduction book.
Gabi is inspirational in sharing her journey through tough times, teachings from Kundalini Yoga and the CIM.

I feel blessed, loved, relaxed and happy. I hope to one day meet her and thank her face to face. she has changed me to a better human. I will be the best teacher to those around me.
I would give the book 4 stars for the tips. Most were generally good and a few are true gems. But the author lost my respect when she used the Intro (and almost every section) to recommend that readers should tweet/share these tips with their friends. This wasn't a casual suggestion, but an indication that being more "connected" on social media would somehow lower my stress. Really??? Most people I know are overstressed BECAUSE they are too connected. Ultimately it seemed more like a blatant attempt by the author to get some free advertising and sell more books.

This is straight-to-the-point it will give you a solution now. I love all her books. This is less talk more action. It Is Indeed Her best yet.
