Very good tools and daily practices

Gabrielle shared what seemed to be unlimited practices to help face our fears and the nasty habits of our ego and choose a better way. Each exercise is focused on love, forgiveness, reflection, and stillness. I believe I will refer back to this book and reference some of the weekly lessons and exercises.

I only got to the third day and found this course hard to follow on Audio. It would be better suited using the book. I love the content and I'm looking forward to completing the course, however the stopping and starting of the daily practices is just impractical .

Self-help gone repetitive

I already read one of the books of Gabrielle Bernstein and starting with this one felt like she is repeating herself and not bringing much new or inventive material into this book. Self-help gone repetitive.

this book calmed me down as a person who can be quite impulsive and easily out of control. it helped me stop think and make better decisions. the miracles occurred in the mist unusual ways. sir of the miracles where challenges.
